The rooms were newly renovated and reasonably large, everything was really good. the staff was exceptionally welcoming, the service was good, they shared some useful information. - There was excellent breakfasts with gluten free options all served hot. - I really enjoyed the remote location so close to Pooley Bridge/Ullswater lake, the National Park, and the restaurant of the pub.

We had 1 special day here, would recomand the place. Our wife and we thoroughly enjoyed being there. Choose deluxe king room with super shower. Nice location on all the surrounding areas made it easy to get to key attractions. Having different complimentary drinks in the English bar was a very nice touch.
